“I worked closely with Tyrrell Dowinton on all our building and refurbishment projects between 2006 and 2020. In that time TDA were the architects on numerous house building projects including nine dwellings on land adjacent to the Hampshire pub, eighteen sea front apartments at the Red Lion and a close of twelve link detached houses on the site of the Cock de Nord in the Vale.

I am particularly pleased with design and build refurbishments of many of our public houses that helped transform Randall's from a sleepy Guernsey brewery stuck in victorian times into a vibrant modern food and beverage operation that is now seen as the leading restaurant operator on the island. The standout developments were the Rockmount, La Reunion, the Imperial and the Slaughterhouse which won the UK Camra pub refurbishment of the year in 2018.
