TDA were tasked to design a replacement dwelling on an extremely challenging but stunning cliff side site overlooking Fermain Bay. To best utilise the restricted space due to the topography of the area, a tiered structure has been chosen to maximise the internal capacity of the dwelling without sacrificing the beautiful views available. A large range of contemporary products and materials have been chosen to further ensure the aesthetic features of the site and the dwelling are brought to the highest standards possible. Building works on the site are expected to start in the coming months.
