Briarwood

The creation of a housing development and modification to the existing public car park in the centre of St Martins Village.

Briarwood is a development of housing which was originally set out within a Development Framework. The site consists of 26 dwellings split in to two sites with a public car park separating the two. The existing car park will be reconfigured to meet current regulations and the housing provides a mix of two and three bedroom two storey houses. This exciting project will provide much needed housing within St Martins Village.
