Dolphins

The new dwelling is located on the south coast of the island near Jerbourg Point. The replacement dwelling will be a well-proportioned out of Town four storey villa and annex clad with larch timber in a New-England style. Using the topography of the land, we have been able to create a basement leisure floor with indoor pool and gymnasium. The upper floors would benefit from good sized living accommodation with bedroom accommodation on the upper floors. This dwelling has been manufactured by Baufritz, who create bespoke, prefabricated homes through innovative, modern building methods. This building will benefit from the accuracy enjoyed from a factory-built system as well as high quality of finishes and cutting edge technology. The project is due for completion in July 2025.
