Grange House

TDA were appointed to assist in relocating Queens Road Medical Practice into the former Ladies College and Education Department buildings, known as Grange House. Grange House is of historical importance to the Island and as such, careful consideration is required in all areas of the property, in order to preserve both it’s historic fabric and identity. In order to repurpose the property and provide a modern new health centre, the challenges were to insert modern materials and infrastructure within the existing building fabric, whilst preserving the existing features and character of a building that is over 120 years old. We are excited to see the new medical centre in use by November 2024, when Queens Road Medical Practice will occupy their new home, providing expert services to the Island for generations to come.
