The refurbishment of this existing public and lodging house with new residential accommodation to the rear of the site.

Redevelopment of the existing Hampshire Lodge hotel. The redevelopment of the existing Hampshire Lodge hotel comprised the refurbishment of the existing public house, conversion of the existing hotel providing seven apartments and the construction of a new wing to the rear providing four terraced two storey dwellings. In addition the site was landscaped with new parking areas and raised shared amenity space.
