Zephyrus

The complete refurbishment of this dwelling enjoys stunning views in to the valley to the south as well as providing modern family living.

This project required a complete internal re-planning to take it from a very cellular layout with a lot of wasteful corridor into a much more open plan arrangement that maximized the available space and took advantage of the fantastic views over the garden and fields beyond. The whole project was an exercise in making the most out of what was available. We also prepared a masterplan such that the works could be phased to suit budget constraints.
