Chateau Grandes Rocques has undergone many changes over the years and more recently Tyrrell Dowinton Associates were fortunate to be commissioned to design and build three new dwellings to the west of the site as well as refurbish the existing original Hotel to provide a further four units of accommodation.

The new build has drawn from traditional design elements from the existing building whilst creating three modern units that enjoy the stunning coastal views to the north and west.
